Levebee’s impact is backed by strong evidence and 97% teacher recommendation rate. That gives us the confidence to go beyond traditional list pricing and stand behind our product with outcome-based contracts.

To account for additional implementation costs and the increased risk Levebee takes on, the total price in the outcome-based model is 25% higher than the standard list price, invoiced fully upfront to align with standard district procurement. However, this investment is backed by our Performance Guarantee. If the agreed-upon learning outcomes are achieved, your implementation is a success. If the outcomes are not met, the district receives a 50% refund or service credit, significantly lowering your net cost.
| Payment Component | Share | Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront Program Fee | 100% | Paid upfront via standard PO. Covers full software access, onboarding, and implementation support. |
| Performance Guarantee | 50% Risk-Share | If success criteria are not met, Levebee issues a 50% cash refund or a 50% service credit toward next year. |
Model Scenario: Under our Outcome Based Model, the district pays an upfront fee of $4,625, allowing for clean budget alignment. If the agreed-upon outcomes are achieved, no further action is needed. However, if the success criteria are not met, Levebee issues a 50% refund or service credit ($2,312.50), bringing the district's net cost down to just $2,312.50 ($23.13 per student).
This model is designed for K–3 students identified as needing Tier 2 or Tier 3 math intervention, as determined either by Levebee diagnostic assessment or the district’s own identification process*. We have also seen this model implemented successfully with English learners. In any case, completion of the initial and final Levebee assessment is required.
To include students with special education needs, their learning speed must be taken into account when setting their learning goals. Levebee suggests goals based on its assessment results and the student's grade level, which the district then approves.
* For example, students below the 34th percentile in NWEA MAP Growth / Renaissance Star Math, or students identified as “High Risk” or “Some Risk” by Acadience Math / DIBELS Math.
| Situation | Solution |
|---|---|
| Student completes <90% of required weekly dosage across the term | Extend the project timeline or exclude the student from final success metrics. |
| Final assessment is not administered or results are not shared with Levebee | Exclude the student from final success metrics calculation. |
| Platform downtime occurs | Extend the measurement window or issue a prorated service credit to the district. |
